Evolucare Technologies’ commitment to data security and protection is based on compliance with the regulations, standards and best practices that govern the conduct of its business.
This commitment, which is rooted in our professional obligations and values, takes the form of regulatory, organisational and technological measures designed to ensure :
- the protection of information, in particular personal health data, entrusted to us by customers;
- the protection of the information systems we operate, whether in our own name or on behalf of our customers;
- the protection of our staff and facilities;
- the continuity of operation of the resources on which we rely.
To reinforce the consistency and effectiveness of these measures, Evolucare has defined and deployed an Information Security Management System, which has been ISO 27001 and HDS certified since 2023 for the scope of hosted applications. The principles of this ISMS apply across the entire company.
This Information Security Management System is based on principles of responsibility and action that enable :
- shared consideration of our commitment, represented by Pact4All: giving citizens a stronger voice, making life easier for healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care, thinking universally and acting individually;
- improving our safety performance by seeking the necessary convergence between teams and ensuring that the resources deployed are in line with best practice and appropriate for reducing the risks incurred;
- integrating the factors that will drive changes to our security models: the proliferation and sophistication of threats, particularly in the healthcare sector, the acceleration of the digital transformation of the healthcare and medico-social sectors, the development of the cloud and artificial intelligence, European and French discussions on technological and data sovereignty, etc;
- promoting security measures internally and ensuring controlled, coordinated communication with third parties with whom we have dealings.
