A challenge met collectively
Acodège has just successfully completed a large-scale project: the rollout of Imago DU, our computerised user file solution, across 19 of its establishments and services working in the fields of disability, care, social integration and child protection.
Three years of planning…
…including 18 months dedicated to audits, configuration and training, resulted in the complete and consistent computerisation of practices, as part of a digital transformation initiative driven by the french “ESMS Numérique” programme.
💡 The choice of a cross-functional, single tool for all services reflects Acodège’s ambition to improve the quality of support provided to the more than 3,000 people it assists on a daily basis. By choosing Imago DU, the association has equipped itself with an ergonomic, web-based solution, co-designed with stakeholders in the field and designed to simplify the daily lives of teams while ensuring continuity of care.
Such a project could not succeed without committed men and women. On the Evolucare side, project manager Sylvie Laversin accompanied Acodège throughout this adventure and was praised for her kindness, rigour and dedication.

Acodège is a non-profit organisation recognised as being of public interest, with a humanist and activist ethos. It develops initiatives in the areas of prevention, care, support, education, training and social reintegration. It works with children, teenagers and adults with disabilities and/or social difficulties (in conjunction with families or support persons).

Organised into three divisions – social, disability and cross-disciplinary – Acodège brings together nearly 42 establishments and social and medical-social services necessary to fulfil its mission.
More than 5,900 people receive support from Acodège teams.
Acodège has a workforce of 1,049 employees, including 228 ESAT (disabled people workshops) workers.
