Evolucare group is proud to announce the acquisition of Cerner France’s activity for Patient Administrative Management. Complementary to our PAM solutions, this activity strengthens the group’s position in this strategic field of activity. The solution is deployed with many customers, namely major private groups and ESPIC. Leveraging its expertise in health informatics and its presence in France and worldwide, Evolucare will develop a comprehensive and modern suite of solutions for administrative management, billing and PMSI for public and private hospitals, ESPIC as much as for social care sector. Evolucare ambitions to accelerate its growth on this market by proposing unique solutions to customers’ needs, whatever their field of activity.

In order to ensure business continuity for Cerner Millennium customers with the Administrative solution, Cerner and Evolucare signed a partnership by which Evolucare will maintain and support these customers as far as « Administrative » is concerned.
