We are pleased to announce that the company Actibase joined the Evolucare Group on February 14, 2020.
This is in line with the ambitious growth strategy of this leading digital healthcare group (social, medico‐social, rehabilitation, acute care, etc.) that has already equipped over 4500 sites.
This especially contributes to strengthening its position in the medical imaging sector, in order to become an essential player recognized in France and internationally.
Founded in 1995, and headed by Alain Meunier, Actibase is a software publisher for the medical imaging market which specifically targets the private radiology market.
It has extensive know‐how and renowned expertise in RIS (Radiology Information System) publishing. These major assets, in addition to considerable human resources and development potential, were especially appealing to the Evolucare Group.
This industrial operation will increase the group’s ability to innovate and its market shares by doubling its customer base for imaging.
The latter has almost 400 sites equipped with one of its solutions, over 240 of which are RIS.
Finally, it provides all our customers with a range of expanded and integrated solutions for the management of their imaging platforms (RIS, PACS, Distribution, Consoles, Voice recognition, Appointment scheduling, etc.).
