New evaluation forms to help you identify and monitor your Covid-19 patients
Dear Customers,
To help you during this health crisis and in identifying the medical data of your Covid-19 patients, Evolucare is providing you, free of charge, with a new catalog of specific evaluation forms in your Osiris EHR.
It has been developed according to the requirements of the National Public Health Agency on the official Santé publique France website.
These evaluation forms will allow you to enter the desired medical information for each patient in a structured way and will help you easily generate statistics for regional health agencies.
This new catalog is made up of 4 evaluation forms:
- Medical monitoring schedule after contact with SARS-CoV-2
- PALLIA Emergency Form (which must be included in the contact file)
- Questionnaire for possible or confirmed cases of SARS-CoV-2
- Questionnaire for contacts or those co-exposed to SARS-CoV-2
We are also providing you with training data sheets to help you:
- Import an evaluation forms;
- Configure the BMR:
- Enter targeted transmissions.
