Successful collaboration between Evolucare and the Sauvegarde 69 association: a partnership serving the social care sector.
In 2023, Evolucare successfully completed the deployment of its IMAGO solution with the Sauvegarde 69 association in Lyon, a medico-social group managing 14 establishments. This collaboration illustrates the synergy between digital innovation and personalised support, with the aim of improving processes and care in social care establishments.
A structuring project for Sauvegarde 69
The switch to Evolucare’s IMAGO user file represented a major transformation for the Sauvegarde 69 teams. Some structures had to migrate from an existing tool, while others had to computerise and abandon the paper system.
IMAGO stood out for its intuitive ergonomics and clear interfaces, making it easier to manage data and analyse activities. User monitoring has been significantly improved, thanks in particular to features such as voice input and customisable dashboards.
A gradual, well-orchestrated roll-out
The roll-out, spread over one year, was structured in three waves. This approach enabled the solutions to be tested and adjusted before being rolled out across the board. The support provided by ISI DSI was crucial.
Key success factors
A number of factors contributed to the success of this project:
- Quality support: Sylvie Laversin, Evolucare project manager, was praised for her expertise and availability. ‘Her mastery of the tools and her ability to listen made all the difference,’ says Fanélie Droux.
- Customised training: Face-to-face training proved essential for people with a limited appetite for technology.
- Rigorous organisation: The involvement of experienced healthcare managers and an appropriate digital infrastructure enhanced the effectiveness of the project.
Challenges: turnover and appropriation of tools
Despite these successes, the adoption of these tools remains a challenge. High staff turnover and disparities in digital skills require constant vigilance and monitoring. Fanélie Droux explains: « We need to provide regular training for new recruits and maintain a positive dynamic of change to ensure that the tool continues to be used effectively.»
Evolucare Analytics, a key tool for the future!
The integration of Evolucare Analytics offers a promising prospect. This tool can be used to extract and analyse data to improve the quality of data entry and meet regulatory requirements, such as reports for the ARS. Loïc Alonso adds: « Evolucare Analytics will enable us to better manage our activities and assess the quality of the data we capture. This will strengthen our ability to meet our establishments’ objectives. »
A constantly evolving partnershiplution
The Sauvegarde 69 association and Evolucare are continuing their partnership with new objectives, in particular the exploration of billing solutions in the context of child protection. The commitment of the teams on both sides remains strong, as Jacques Salley, CEO of Sauvegarde 69, points out: « We are convinced that this partnership will continue to meet the needs of our structures and adapt to changes in the sector. »
