A success for digital social care: the deployment of Imago DU at EPNAK
EPNAK (Etablissement Public National Antoine Koenigswarter) is a flagship institution dedicated to welcoming and supporting people with disabilities.
With a presence throughout France, EPNAK works from its many local sites to promote the social and professional inclusion of the children, teenagers and adults it supports. Guided by the values of boldness, commitment, agility and responsibility, EPNAK has always been at the forefront of innovative initiatives for people with disabilities.
EPNAK has taken a decisive step in this process by adopting Evolucare’s Imago DU solution. This project, deployed as part of the national ESMS Numérique programme, is revolutionising the management of user pathways and illustrating a new era of collaboration and innovation.
A solution designed for all players
Adopted by 30 establishments during this first phase, Imago DU is a modern digital solution that centralises and secures user data while making it easier to share. Designed to meet the specific needs of the medico-social sector, it simplifies the day-to-day work of professionals and also involves users and their families.

An exemplary collaboration
This large-scale project was made possible by close collaboration between a number of major players:
- The Agence régionale de santé Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and GRADeS Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, which provided technical and strategic support.
- The Caisse nationale de solidarité pour l’autonomie (CNSA), which provided financial support for this initiative.
The ‘cluster’ model adopted for this deployment has played a central role in enabling smaller structures to benefit from tailor-made support. This strategy has not only strengthened cooperation between establishments, but also laid the foundations for sustainable modernisation.
Deployment in several phases
The first phase, now completed, covers 30 establishments. This success paves the way for a second phase scheduled for 2025, during which a further 49 establishments will adopt Imago DU.

With Imago DU, professionals have ergonomic and intuitive tools to optimise their work, while ensuring better follow-up of users. The inclusion of families in the process also strengthens the self-determination of the people supported.
