Evolucare joins forces with Blouses Roses: a partnership to put the smile back on your face
At the start of 2025, Evolucare is enthusiastically unveiling its commitment to supporting the Les Blouses Roses association as part of its Pact4all initiative.
The partnership was officially announced at the company’s New Year’s celebrations in Villers-Bretonneux, demonstrating the Group’s commitment to supporting community initiatives in line with its mission of democratising healthcare.
During the ceremony, the Amiens committee of the Blouses Roses (represented by two of its active members, Ariane Tourneux and Sophie Massie) was on hand to explain to our employees how the association works and what it does, as well as the material and financial requirements needed to brighten the daily lives of children in hospital and the elderly.
Les Blouses Roses: 80 years of commitment to comfort
Their mission? To bring joy, comfort and entertainment through a variety of activities: games, creative workshops, readings and intergenerational activities. These initiatives, made possible by donations and the commitment of volunteers, are essential to breaking the isolation of people in need.
A daily challenge: the Blouses Roses depend exclusively on external funding to purchase equipment, organise training and recruit new volunteers. In 2025, Evolucare has chosen to support them in meeting these needs.
Evolucare, committed to health and solidarity
For Evolucare, an innovative software company in the healthcare sector, this partnership illustrates a natural convergence of values. Pact4all, the Group’s flagship initiative, is based on four pillars: giving citizens a stronger voice, making life easier for healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care and acting locally to have a global impact.
« We are delighted to be supporting Les Blouses Roses again this year. After the action taken in 2024, we hope to go even further by mobilising our employees and resources to make a real difference, » said Philippe Blanco, President of Evolucare, in his opening speech.
By supporting Les Blouses Roses, Evolucare is combining technology and human commitment to promote a model of healthcare that is both inclusive and accessible.
Focus on the Amiens committee, a local commitment!
Established in the region 40 years ago, the Amiens committee has more than thirty volunteers working at Amiens University Hospital and the Saint-Victor nursing home. In 2024, more than 1,600 activities were carried out with children and the elderly!
‘The volunteers offer patients moments of complicity and creativity, ranging from board games and craft workshops to hand massages for the elderly,’ explain Ariane Tourneux and Sophie Massie.
The Blouses Roses d’Amiens team and Evolucare
A partnership that’s coming to life: Evolucare’s Villers-Bretonneux and Boves branches, in collaboration with the Amiens local committee, have planned several actions for 2025! These initiatives are a perfect illustration of Evolucare’s dual commitment: supporting the association financially while encouraging direct involvement from its teams.
The importance of training and equipment
The association makes it a point of honour to offer specialised training to its volunteers to enable them to intervene in an appropriate way. ‘We organise sessions on topics such as caring for teenagers in hospital and Alzheimer’s sufferers. This training is essential if our volunteers are to develop a real quality of presence,’ explained Ariane Tourneux, chairman of the Amiens committee.
In addition to training, the purchase of equipment is another key issue. The association depends on donations to constantly renew the games, creative tools and uniforms needed for their missions. Every euro counts in providing beneficiaries with moments of joy and the right tools for volunteers.
A call to action: join the movement
This partnership could not succeed without the mobilisation of Evolucare employees. Each Group branch is invited to work hand in hand with local committees to organise initiatives tailored to the specific needs of their region. In addition, a national challenge is planned: for every kilometre covered by employees via a mobile application, a sum will be donated to the Blouses Roses.
