The Handy’Up Group is taking a major step towards improving support for people with disabilities with the successful deployment of the Imago DU computerised user file in all its establishments. This digital transition, which will begin in 2021, represents a significant step forward in optimising the monitoring of users and strengthening the coordination of support professionals.
Transformation for the benefit of support
With 33 establishments and more than 1,300 people under its care, Handy’Up has made innovation a key part of its commitment by adopting a modern, interoperable solution. Imago DU, a solution adopted by more than 5,000 establishments in France, enables centralised management of information and guarantees greater continuity in users’ care.
An ambitious, structuring project
Deploying Imago DU within Handy’Up required rigorous preparation, from obtaining funding to training professionals. Thanks to the strong involvement of the teams and sustained support, 99% of the people we support now have an active file in the database.
The project was made possible thanks to the support of the Agence régionale de santé (ARS) Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, GRADeS Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, and the french ESMS Numérique programme, financed by the Caisse nationale de solidarité pour l’autonomie (CNSA) through European funds.
A new perspective: user involvementl’implication des usagers
As part of a continuous improvement approach, Handy’Up is already planning the next stage: the opening of a space dedicated to users and their relatives. The aim of this initiative is to enhance the autonomy of people receiving support by giving them simplified access to their files and involving them more closely in their own care.
