After an initial manual setting of the surgical times and a 6-month calibration phase, Oproom gives you the choice of 2 ways of proceeding:
1️⃣ Maintain the initially configured times for the operating phases, at the risk of creating shifts in the schedules when the actual times differ from the estimated times.
2️⃣ Update these times on the basis of the analytical data aggregated in Evolucare Oproom. During the calibration phase, the actual times for each of the operating phases are stored and filtered by operating protocol and surgeon. After a sufficiently long period for the averages to be representative, these times can be updated in the settings, for each of the protocols and surgeons required!
👉 You can choose between a manual update, on a case-by-case basis, to minimise changes in programming rhythm. Or go one step further and opt for automatic updating of these times, which evolve gradually as the average observed time changes!
